Formerly, he worked as a Senior Tax Auditor with the California State Board of Equalization, where he conducted sales and use tax audits on a wide variety of business to ensure their compliance with reporting requirements. In addition, Marc worked as a Senior Consultant in Ernst & Young’s Irvine office, specializing in sales & use tax matters. In 1994, he earned his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
